Our Support Team is really working hard to help you with
every e-mail you send them. It takes max. 48 hours to get
a reply – most of the time it´s much less.

Please don´t send our Support Tickets on different Channels
and different languages. Please also don´t send multiple
tickets for the same issue.

When you miss Tokens after a payment please send our
Support the Order ID and the Payment Confirmation. This
way it will be fixed fast and does not require any conversation.

If you miss a payment, please wait 14 days. If the Status does
not change after 14 days, our Support will fix it right away if
something went wrong. No worries – GMA will fix it!

Please read the FAQ before you contact the Support. Ask other
members and join the groups on the Social Medias.

Our Support is at the Limit in the moment and we appreciate
every action you take to get the information you need without
the Support Team. More than 50% or the Tickets are not
necessary and you all can help us to make the support faster.
